Shipping and taxes

All items are currently shipped from the UK. Prices displayed include 20% VAT when shipped to UK addresses, and no further taxes are payable. Our VAT number is GB212771234.  Contact us if you need a VAT invoice. Orders are shipped DDU, with taxes payable on arrival. Other countries may be liable to pay import taxes and duties. Please check local rules.

Shipping is charged at or below cost. We use the following carriers:

For orders that include a Vela One we send by UPS Standard in the UK (£10, next day), DPD Classic in the rest of Europe (£15, 2-5 days), and UPS Express to the rest of the world (£20 to North America, £30 elsewhere, 2-5 days). The exact costs are calculated at checkout, and may be more if you are ordering several flashes. 

The cut-off time for same day dispatch depends on the carrier, but is around 12 noon.
